Presentation Type

The scientific committee will ultimately decide whether a submitted paper will be selected for an oral presentation or an oral abstract session or poster session. A considerable part of the invited talks will be selected based on scientific merit of submitted abstracts.

Oral presentations

The scheduled time for each oral presentation is 10 minutes, followed by a 5-minute discussion.  With this in mind, speakers are requested to stay within the time given. While the names of five authors may be included on the title of the abstract, only one author will be allowed to give the oral presentation.

Abstract session

40 abstracts will be selected for the abstract sessions. The scheduled time for each abstract presentation is 1 minute. The audience will choose 3 best abstracts in 5-minute voting time and the first three ranked abstracts will be presented orally in 10 minutes, followed by 5-minute discussion time.

Poster session

Authors can choose their abstract to be presented in the poster session. This format provides a unique opportunity for personal interaction and exchange of ideas. Material for a poster presentation is mounted on a poster board.
