
Instructions for Abstract Submission
Abstract submission for the 27th Congress of WSCTS is open from September 12, 2016 to April 21, 2017. Abstracts will not be accepted after this date. All abstracts should be submitted online through the congress website.
Authors are invited to create a new account first, and then submit their abstracts following the instructions of the electronic submission form.
An acknowledgement of receipt of your submission will be sent to your e-mail address after the submission is complete. Please note that only completed submissions will enter the review process and all incomplete drafts will be deleted from the system after deadline.
Notification of acceptance/decline will be sent out in or before May 2017.
Previous Publication of Abstracts: Abstracts will not be considered for invitation for presentation if they will be published as an article
Guidelines for Abstracts
The Abstract language is English
The text cannot exceed 300 words. The use of tables or figures is not allowed.
Abstract content should include:

Objectives. Brief statement of purpose of the study (goal or hypothesis being tested)

Methodology. Statement of methods and procedures used
-
Results.Summary of results, presented in sufficient detail to support the conclusion

Presentation Type
Oral
Individual oral presentations allow for a brief overview of the major points of a particular research. Oral presentations are limited to 15 minutes (10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion).
Poster
Material for a poster presentation is mounted on a poster board, which is staffed by the author (this is mandatory) for a designated period of time. This format provides a unique opportunity for personal interaction and idea exchange. Abstracts are to be informational and report on work completed. Abstracts based on preliminary results may be considered depending on space availability. Poster abstracts are not to exceed 300 words.
